SJ caused a stir in Hong Kong

Korea's popular group Super Junior (SJ) came as a big group to Hong Kong.Yesterday night, hundred fans went to the airport to greet Choi Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun and Han Geng. Seeing as how they somehow tricked the fans and left using a different route, there were still around ten fans that successfully caught them. And today 13 members have gathered in Hong Kong, today they'll go across Hong Kong and attract a great amount of extreme fans.SJ 13 Members came in 3 groups starting at yesterday afternoon, within those groups Choi Siwon, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun, and the group's only chinese member Han Geng arrived yesterday night, attracting fans everywhere. Sadly, the 5 of them decided to go through a different route, some of the A Group Staff had the luggages come outin Lounge A, but the 5 members slowly walked out of Lounge B, only about 10 fans discovered them, and carried their fanmade placardsto chase their idols, within the 5, Choi Siwon and Han Geng were the most popular. The other members that arrived earlier, have already started working in Hong Kong. They've went along to meet up with theother members at Golden Seaside, Members were suppose to ride a boatand go sight-seeing. Because that Photobook will be released in the Fall - Winter, the members had to wear coats and long sleeves in the hot weather to show that it was Fall - Winter. When the sun went down, they left the dock. Hundreds of fans have crowdedaround the dock after knowing that SJ are there. We don't know if they were just tired from work, but they showed no acknowledgmentsof the fans' cheerings. Only Choi Siwon appeared friendly and acknowledging. After buying food, some members went back to the hotel, while the others went on an open bus to show a image of them enjoying the Hong Kong scenes, when they were finished with the Marathon-like Shooting, they went back to the Hotel to rest. They didn't leave at all, and had the Staff members come out instead.

Choi Siwon, Han Geng, Donghae, and Ryeowook arrived at Hong Kong Yesterday Night, and sneaked away, but there were still a lotof fans that caught them.

It's the first time all of SJ came to Hong Kong. Choi Siwon (Starting from the Right), Ryeowook and Kanginwore Fall Coats when out at sea shooting for the Photobook.

SJ Sub-Groups

Super Junior K.R.Y

Members :
- Ye Sung
- Ryeo Wook
- Kyu Hyun

Super Junior-K.R.Y, established in November 2006, is a trio formed by Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung. The company discovered that these three members developed a particular persona and subsequent fan-base that was separate from the rest of the group, and how they also had similar musical qualities. They therefore grouped these three members together to perform particular songs to target a more mature audience. Being amongst the most vocally powerful members of the group, Super Junior-K.R.Y are credited to singing mournful, R&B-style ballads, a style that has proven very popular in recent years although stagnation in the style's development is causing it to lose its once fresh evocative power.
Super Junior-K.R.Y's first official performance was on November 5, 2006 on KBS's Music Bank, performing "The one I love." They have participated in the original soundtrack of the tvN drama Hyena with a total of three tracks, including the main theme. The trio also contributed tracks in two additional original soundtracks, one track in both the soundtracks of Snow Flower and Billy Jean Look at Me. Unlike Super Junior's other sub-units, Super Junior-K.R.Y has not officially released a single or album, and only participated in collaboration albums and original soundtracks. However, a comeback album is expected from K.R.Y in the future.

Super Junior-Trot, officially known as Super Junior-T is the second official sub-unit of Korean boy band Super Junior, established in February 2007. They are one of the few new generation singers known to have been capitalizing trot music, the oldest form of Korean pop music. Super Junior-T contains six Super Junior members, Leeteuk (the leader), Heechul, Kang-in, Shindong, Sungmin, and Eunhyuk. Super Junior-T has released only one single in the short span of their career before they were announced to be on hiatus in 2008. The single "Rokuko" was Korea's sixteenth best-selling record and the number one best-selling single of 2007, according to the Music Industry Association of Korea.

HistoryPre-Debut
Noticing the dying trend of trot music, Lee Soo Man decided to revive the style by producing an idol band that capitalizes this genre. Three months before Super Junior-T's official debut, they performed "Don't Go Away" at the M.NET/KM Music Festival on November 25, 2006 with Super Junior's Donghae.

2007: Commercial Success
In early February, SM Entertainment made the official announcement of a second Super Junior subgroup, Super Junior-T. The group released their debut single "Rokuko" on February 23, 2007 and on February 25, 2007, they officially debuted on SBS's Popular Songs, performing "Rokuko" and "First Express" with famous trot singer Bang Shilyi. The debut was also marked as Heechul's comeback performance after his injury from a car accident that occurred in August 2006."Rokuko" topped music charts three days after release. Two months later, the single topped Thailand-based music stations and remained in the same position for several weeks. By the end of 2007, the single sold almost 46,000 copies and was Korea's best-selling single of the year. Two months later, Leeteuk, Shindong, and Eunhyuk were injured in a car accident, and all of Super Junior-T's schedules were completely canceled for two months. However, pre-recorded performances, such as the group's parody Palace T, continued to air on television and their single continued to top music charts. Schedules resumed in June, but only lasted a month.

2008: Performance Tours
On April 29, 2008, it was announced that Super Junior-T would make a comeback later in the year with their second single. However, a fourth Super Junior sub-unit, Super Junior-Happy, debuted instead, putting Super Junior-T in partial hiatus. Nonetheless, Super Junior-T still remains partially active as they still appear as a group in Super Junior's concert tour, Super Show. Nonetheless, a future Super Junior-T album is still in the works and is expected to arrive in the future. Super Junior-T's latest appearance before the debut of Super Junior-Happy was on May 17, 2008, performing as the opening act at the 6th Korean Music Festival in Los Angeles, California.

Musical Goals
Super Junior-T's music style is a distinctive style of trot, an old-fashioned style of Korean pop music. Their revised style of the genre includes mordernized K-pop melodies and also fast rap, notably performed by Shindong, Eunhyuk, and sometimes Heechul. Super Junior-T's goal is to evade the fading genre in Korea's current music industry and to introduce the young audience to a traditional style of music, hoping to increase awareness of older trot musicians and bring hopeful comebacks of trot to mainstream music. Emergence of Super Junior-T is also due to a strategy that Super Junior has been using, which is to show that they can accommodate many different musical genres.

Image
Super Junior-T is well-known for their parodies, such as the short miniseries Palace T, a parody of the popular Korean drama, Princess Hours which aired on the channel M.NET, as a part of Idol World.Due to Super Junior-T's active participance in trot music and their comedic appearances, the group gained outstanding attention from the older audience despite their well-known young idol images that was created for them in the main group Super Junior. Members of Super Junior-T explained that they wanted to change their idol appearance and hope that they would gain different fans from their new trot image.

-Kyu Hyun
-Henry

Super Junior-M, often referred to as SJ-M, is the third official sub-unit of Korean boy band Super Junior established in April 2008. They are the first international music group in the Chinese music industry to have members of both Chinese and Korean descent. They are also the first group produced by Korea's CT (Culture Technology) organization and was created through a comprehensive localization strategy. Super Junior-M contains five Super Junior members, Han Geng (the leader), Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun, and two non-Super Junior members, Henry and Zhou Mi.

Musical history
Pre-debut
Responding to Super Junior's rising popularity in China, Super Junior's management, SM Entertainment, decided to compose a new Super Junior sub-unit that is to focus entirely in the Chinese market. On October 2, 2007, an official announcement was released to the media, stating the birth of a third Super Junior subgroup that would debut in China in 2008. Super Junior's original member Han Geng, and an SM Chinese trainee, Henry, were stated to be the first two of the seven members representing the subgroup. Five months later, a second Super Junior member, Siwon, was mentioned in news articles to be the third member. However, the confirmed list of members were not released to the public until April.Starting from April 4, 2008 to April 7, 2008, the seven members were released to the media in a chain of short trailer clips on different days, introducing the members' versatility. Han Geng was the first member to be announced on April 4. On April 5, Donghae and Siwon were announced to be the second and third members. On April 6, a new member, Henry, was announced to be the fourth Super Junior-M member, following Kyuhyun as the fifth. Rookie Zhou Mi was announced to be the sixth member on April 7 following Ryeowook as the final member. A trailer of all seven members was released on the group's debut day, April 8. Super Junior-M's trailer clips exceeded 1.4 million views in less than four days.

Origin of the Name
Before the official name of the subgroup was released, they were often referred to as Super Junior China. On April 3, 2008, SM Entertainment released the official name of the subgroup, Super Junior-M, with "M" representing the word "Mandarin," expressing the subgroup's ambition to become successful in the Chinese music market not limited to only China. The "M" can also represent a list of other aspects, such as the first letter of their debut album, Me, and also "mi", which denotes to "charismatic" as well as "fan" in Mandarin, the latter meaning referring to their desire to connect closer with fans.

2008: Commercial Success
Super Junior-M debuted in China on April 8, 2008 at the 8th Annual Music Chart Awards and with the release of their first single music video, "U" online. Their debut album was released in various provinces in China starting April 23, 2008 and the Korean version with three bonus Korean tracks was releasd in South Korea on April 30, 2008. The album was also distributed in several other Chinese communities on May 2, 2008 such as Hong Kong and Taiwan. Reviews for the album were generally positive and it also gained praise from Guangdong singer, Hins Cheung, who said the album contains "international-level music" and that the group is "vocally-talented".On May 25, 2008 Super Junior-M won their first award, Asia's Most Popular New Group Award, at the 5th annual Music King Awards in Macau. They also expressed wishes that they would like to hold a concert in the Hong Kong Coliseum sometime in the future. After their debut performance in early April 2008, the group made guest appearances in many chains of entertanment variety shows. They appeared in an episode of the second season of TVB and HunanTV's collaboration show, Strictly Come Dancing, which made the show's ratings increase to 5.01%, ranking it the third most watched show ever in all of China. Super Junior-M's appearance in the talk show, Behind Story two months later also increased ratings. The show had the highest ratings during that time slot, with a strong 4.05%. Separated into several weekly episodes, the group's appearance in their first episode on the challenging game show, Bravely Going Forward in early August gave the show the highest ratings during that time slot as well.Super Junior-M and Show Lo of Taiwan replaced Hong Kong entertainers, Nicholas Tse and Twins, for the 2008 summer season endorsement spots of Semir, a Chinese clothings brand. They were acclaimed to be sunny, young, and passionate; thus their image was suitable to endorse the brand. On August 29, 2008, Super Junior-M, along with other popular Chinese artists such as Jacky Cheung and Jolin Tsai, performed at the 7th Golden Eagle Opening Ceremony Concert. It was the group's last promotional performance for "U."
Super Junior-M's Second Album ComebackSuper Junior M will make their album comeback on 10 September 2009
Musical Style
Super Junior-M's goal is to bring the Korean pop influence over to the Chinese market, re-representing the hits in Mandarin. Similar to the style of their main group Super Junior, Super Junior-M's music style falls into the category of mainstream pop, dance, and R&B. Dance pop songs with rock and hip hop influences are easily heard in their music, such as in "Me" and "The Moment", which contains guitar riffs and heavy bass sounds. Rap is not performed as often like the main group, but these influences can be heard in "The Moment" and also the rap remakes in "Don't Don" and "A Man In Love.

SJ Albums

SuperJunior05 (TWINS)
SuperJunior05 (TWINS) is the debut studio album by Korean boy band Super Junior, released on December 5, 2005 in South Korea. The album peaked at #3 on the MIAK K-pop albums chart, selling 28,536 copies in the first month of release. It includes Super Junior's first #1 radio single, "Miracle" and the group's successful debut single, "TWINS (Knock Out)". The album sold over 94,000 copies by 2008.

History
After achieving critically-acclaimed success from their debut performance of the single "TWINS (Knock Out)," which was performed on SBS's Popular Songs on November 6, 2005 for the first time, the group was scheduled to release an official single of the song. However, a digital single of "TWINS (Knock Out)" was released instead with three more brand new singles available for download on November 8, 2005.
The full album, which included all of the singles in the "TWINS (Knock Out)" digital release and several other new tracks, was released on December 5, 2005 in South Korea.
On February 12, 2006, Super Junior moved on to their second promotional single for the album "Miracle". The performance version of the single differs from the one released in the album, as the performance single has a andded dance break and vocal bridge in the song. In contrast to the edgy, rock-influenced feel of "TWINS (Knock Out)", "Miracle" was a light bubblegum pop love song with light-hearted dance choreography. It was the second and last song to be promoted from their studio album.
Only twelve of the current thirteen members of Super Junior are featured in this album as Kyuhyun was not added to the group until six months after this album's release.

U
"U" is the first official CD single by Super Junior. The single topped CD sales charts during the first several weeks after its release on June 7, 2006. "U" peaked at #1 on the monthly MIAK K-pop album charts and sold 91,416 copies by 2008. The song won a total of five music recognitions, being Super Junior's most successful single in the music charts until the release of "Sorry, Sorry" in March 2009. Promotional performances for the title song, "U", did not complete until September 2006. The last general performance for the song was in August 2007 in Tokyo, Japan.
Since the Korean release of "U" in 2006, there has been two more releases of "U" in two different languages, Mandarin and Japanese. The Mandarin version of the single's title song "U" was released in a special Taiwan edition on June 15, 2007, in Taiwan's third EP version of the single. It is said that the Mandarin version was produced to further launch their efforts in advancing to the Chinese market. On July 9, 2008, "U/TWINS" released in Japan, which included a Japanese version of "U" in the limited release.

Song History
Prior to "U", Super Junior was infamous for their member line-up, a concept very similar to Japan's girl group, Morning Musume. Certain members of Super Junior's first generation was to be switched out and new members were to be added, which would form a second Super Junior generation. However, after the addition of a thirteenth member, Kyuhyun, the group ended their status as a project group and began to release productions as a group with permanent status. "U" is Kyuhyun's debut single.
"U" was available for download on May 25, 2006 in Super Junior's official website. The second track from the single, "Endless Moment", was available for download four days after. "U" had over 400 thousand downloads within five hours of release and ultimately exceeded 1.7 million downloads, crashing the server.
Composed by German composer Ken Ingwersen and British musician Kevin Simm, the song was promoted to be a song of "pure pop and dance" with contemporary R&B influences and harmonization. It said to be a guaranteed big hit for the group. The rap lyrics of the song was written by Eunhyuk, in which the rap is divided to two solos, the first half for Eunhyuk and the second half for Kibum. Donghae also rapped in the background of Kibum's solo.
Several remixed versions of "U" were performed, but none of them were released as official singles. One remixed version of the song contains a dance bridge in the middle of the song right before the rap, and another version had the song completely mixed, creating a different pop vibe throughout the whole song.
U/TWINS
"U/TWINS" is the unofficial second CD single released by Super Junior. The single was specially made for Super Junior's first Japan fanmeeting in the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo as a celebration for the grand opening of their official Japanese Homepage that was opened on April 1, 2008. It was released in Japan on July 9, 2008. The single peaked at #4 on Japan's Oricon Daily Chart in its first day of release, and dropped down to only four places in its second. The single broke a new record for being the first Korean single to have made within top 10 on Japan's Oricon Weekly Chart.
The single is a compiled single with a total of four tracks, all which are of Super Junior's past #1 hits from both Korea and Thailand. A Japanese version of "U" was also released, with the song performed entirely in Japanese except the rap segment, which is performed in English. However, it was only included in the limited version of the single as a bonus track. The limited version was released for free to fans who attended the fanmeeting.

Don't Don
Don't Don (Korean: 돈 돈!) is the second studio album by Korean boy band Super Junior. It was released by SM Entertainment on September 20, 2007 in South Korea. Slightly different from their first album, this album focuses on more different kinds of pop melodies, most notably on those that approach modern R&B and retro dance pop. 60,000 copies were sold within the first week of release and 164,058 copies were sold by the end of December, becoming Super Junior's biggest selling album. The album soon became the second best-selling album of 2007.
Two different repackaged versions, one with three new tracks and a remixed track, and another with one remixed track and a DVD, was released on November 5, 2007 and November 9, 2007 respectively in South Korea. A digital disc version of the album was released on November 27, 2007

Pre-release and recording
Don't Don's first promotional image. When promotions for Super Junior's previous hit single, "U" completed, SM Entertainment announced that the group were processing on the beginning touches for their second full-length album, with an expected November 2006 release. However, due to Heechul's car accident on August 10, 2006, schedules regarding album recordings had to be postponed. Another car accident inflicted upon four other members on April 19, 2007 also affected the album schedules. Kyuhyun, the most injured out of the four, was not discharged from the hospital until July 5, 2007.
During a fan-meet in Shanghai on August 26, 2007, Han Geng revealed that recording schedules for the album were finally active and the album would be released in September, followed up by Shindong's announcement that he would be on a short hiatus from hosting activities to work on the album, and an official announcement of the re-appearance of Kyuhyun in news articles. On September 5, 2007, Kang-in revealed his new hairstyle at a public radio, causing an intense anticipation within the media for the group's second album comeback. Their new album concept became a hot topic of debate within netizens as more information of the new concept unraveled. A few days later, SM Entertainment released the album's first promotional image, which contains a silhouette of the thirteen members. The mysterious image increased discussion for the anticipated new album concept, but the new concept was not fully revealed until the release date of the album. However, leaked pictures of the group's new image lightly surfaced across the web a week before the official release date.
On September 13, 2007, the label announced an official date for the album release. Demonstrative ringtones of the tracks in the album was released online on September 19, 2007. The official album was released on September 20, 2007. Pre-orders for the album began in South Korea on September 14, 2007.
"돈 돈! (Don't Don)", also the name of the album, was chosen to be the first single. Transliterated to "Money, Money! (Don't Don)", the title is a pun, playing with the words "don," (Korean: 돈), which means money, and "donda" (Korean: 돈다), which means to go insane. "Don't Don" is introduced as a genre of SMP (SM Music Performance), a genre invented by the company, that consists of the strong mix of R&B, rock, rap, and Hip Hop. The musical style of "Don't Don" has the combination of heavy guitar riffs, fast drum rhythms, electric guitar, a violin solo, and other musical instruments that make the single a rare musical. In an effort to promote the world to become a more innocent and magnanimous place to live, the lyrics sends a message about how money, hypocrisy, and the change of society has made the world into a twisted and greedy place to live. "Marry U" was chosen to be the second single. Different from the fast-pace first single, "Marry U" is a medium-tempo R&B ballad, reviving a classic image which is a contrast of their dark image from their first single. The rest of the album consists of soft ballads, retro R&B, and 80's style trendy dance songs, a style that is completely different from their first album, which a majority of the music consisted of modernized R&B dance pop. However, the trend of bubblegum pop still remains in the album, such as the second track, "Sapphire blue".
Many members contributed in the production of the album. Yesung, Sungmin, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun were active as background vocalists while Eunhyuk, one of the main rappers of the group, was in charge of most of the rap lyrics in the album. Leeteuk, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, and Donghae also wrote the lyrics for the dance/pop song, "I am," arranged by Yoon Jongshin. Famous musicians like Yoon Jongshin, Kim Johan, Kim Youngho, Hwang Sungjae, Kim Changhyun, etc. also participated in the production of the album.

Sorry, Sorry
Sorry, Sorry is the third studio album by South Korean boy band Super Junior, released on March 12, 2009 in South Korea. Sorry, Sorry was the best-selling album in South Korea for the first half of 2009, and is Super Junior's best-selling album to date; in less than a week after preorders were announced, over 150,000 copies were pre-ordered. According to the Hanteo Charts, over 29,000 copies were sold on the first day, making it the group's biggest opening day in sales.

Recording and production
Promotional image for Sorry, Sorry‎Following their commercially successful 2007 album, Don't Don, Super Junior embarked on their first Asia tour Super Show, also forming two additional subgroups: Super Junior-M, designated for the Mandarin Chinese market, and Super Junior-Happy. While pre-production for Sorry, Sorry started as early as Super Junior-Happy's debut, full-time recording sessions did not come until November 2008, when both subgroup promotions officially ended in both countries.
In July 2008, Super Junior announced the initial preparations for Sorry, Sorry. In November 2008, Kyuhyun wrote in his fancafe stating that he was preparing for the third album "bit by bit". During a press conference in January 2009 for the Super Show encore concert in Seoul, Kang-in stated that the album will be in a style that will make the audience see a different side of Super Junior. He further commented that while their second album Don't Don did well in 2007, activities promoting the album were lacking due to the activities of different subgroups. Therefore, there will be a concentrated effort to increase promotional activities in order to make Sorry, Sorry more successful. About Super Junior

-Super Junior-

History

Super Junior, sometimes referred to as SJ or SuJu, is a thirteen-member boy band from Seoul, South Korea. They are managed by producer Lee Soo Man and is currently the largest group under SM Entertainment. The members are Leeteuk (the leader), Heechul, Han Geng, Yesung, Kang-in, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kibum, and Kyuhyun. The Chinese member, Han Geng, was chosen among the 3,000 applicants through auditions held in China by SM Entertainment in 2001. The group initially debuted with twelve members on November 6, 2005, but since the addition of Kyuhyun in May 23, 2006, they have become a thirteen-member group. Super Junior has released two studio albums and one CD single since 2005. Their most successful album, Don't Don, was the second best-selling album of 2007, according to the Music Industry Association of Korea. In addition, the group has earned four music awards from the M.NET/KM Music Festival, another four from the Golden Disk Awards, and is the second group to win Favorite Artist Korea at the MTV Asia Awards after JTL.

Pre Debut Years

Since 2000, Korean talent agency and record label SM Entertainment has been holding annual auditions to scout new talents that complemented the success of boy band H.O.T and girl group S.E.S, both of which were created by SM founder and producer Lee Soo Man in the late 1990s. In 2001, the company held their first oversea casting auditions in Beijing, where they discovered Han Geng, who was chosen among 3,000 applicants. Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Eunhyuk, Siwon, and Kibum were discovered under the company's annual auditions that were held in Seoul while Kang-in, Shindong, Sungmin, Donghae, and Ryeowook were discovered through SM-sponsored contests and singing competitions. Not long after boy band TVXQ's successful debut in 2003, news about Lee's unprecedented plans of forming another boy band quickly spread over the Internet. In early 2005, SM Entertainment confirmed the news and announced that a twelve-member all-male singing group would debut near the end of the year, promoting the project group to be "The Gateway to Stardom of Asia." For a while the group was known to be called O.V.E.R, the acronym for "Obey the Voice for Each Rhythm." Before the group settled with their current name, the company labled them as simply Junior, a representation of the members' young ages when they first joined SM Entertainment. However, after the members' showcased their different talents to the company during an SM-sponsored picnic, their company finalized their name to Super Junior. Soon the group became officially Super Junior 05, the first generation of Super Junior. Super Junior had been known for their infamous line-up, a concept being very similar to Japan's girl group, Morning Musume. Intended to be a rotational group, there was to be new members replacing some of the old members each year, forming a new Super Junior generation every time. However, this concept was abandoned when a new member was added in May 2006. Most members of Super Junior 05 have been actors, MCs, models, or DJs prior debut. Heechul and Kibum made their debuts in dramas and films; Leeteuk, Yesung, Kang-in, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, and Siwon made cameo television appearances; Han Geng made his first media appearance as a model, and Heechul was also already an established DJ before debut. They made their pre-debut appearance on the Korean channel, M.NET on September 11, 2005. At the showcase, Super Junior 05 performed various styles of hip hop dancing. The group danced to B2K's "Take It To The Floor." Han Geng, Eunhyuk, and Donghae also performed a separate dance away from the group, dancing to Usher's "Caught Up." However, the performance did not air on television until May 16, 2006 as a segment in the Super Junior Show, the group's first television documentary.

Film and Television Career

Debut
Prior to the group's debut, the members had individually appeared in television dramas, with Leeteuk being the first member of the group to act; he made a very brief cameo appearance as a moviegoer in All About Eve in 2000. Heechul, Siwon, and Kibum are still frequent television actors after Super Junior's debut in 2005, especially Kibum, who starred in four long television dramas after Super Junior's debut.Siwon was among the first of Super Junior to have participated in silver-screen productions, appearing in the Hong Kong historical action drama film, A Battle of Wits as the supporting role of Prince Liang in 2006. In 2007, Heechul, Kang-in, and Shindong lent their voices to the three chipmunks in the Korean release of Alvin and the Chipmunks. In 2008, Kang-in had a major role in the Korean-language film, Pure Manhwa (tentative title). As a group, Super Junior starred in Super Junior's Mini-Drama, a television program hosted by the group that was released in late 2006. The group wrote, produced, and acted in the separate mini dramas. The subject matters of the dramas were chosen from the top three choices from viewers. The also participated in comedic reality shows such as Super Junior Show (2005-2006), Super Junior Full House (2006), Super Adonis Camp (2006), and other similar shows. In contrast, the group released a horror documentary, Mystery 6 in early 2006 that tells a story of a ghost. The members also starred in various music videos of artists under SM Entertainment. The most notable performance was in Zhang Liyin's debut music drama video, "Timeless" (2006), featuring Han Geng and Siwon.

Masters and Jockeys
Few days prior to debut, Heechul became the co-DJ with Park Heebon for SBS's Youngstreet Radio Show. He had been the DJ for five more months until busy schedules required him to leave the show when he became an MC for SBS's Popular Songs and KM'S Show Music Tank. Leeteuk, Kang-in, and Shindong made their debut appearance as MCs for M.NET's M!Countdown five days after Super Junior's music debut. The three members remained together as the hosts throughout the year until Kang-in was replaced by Eunhyuk due to his busy schedule for hosting MBC's radio program Good Friend Radio and music show Show! Music Core. Leeteuk and Eunhyuk also host their own radio show, KBS's Super Junior Kiss the Radio, and usually invites singers to discuss their musical career. Sungmin was a DJ with Sunny of Girls' Generation for Reckless Radio before the program ended in July 31, 2008. Shindong is also a regular DJ for MBC's Stop the Boring Time Radio. On November 11, 2007, the premiere of Explorers of the Human Body aired on SBS. The show introduced the thirteen members of Super Junior as regular guests for the program. Kyuhyun, who was recovering from a car accident during the first half of the show's filming, joined the show in the later episode. The show aimed to answer questions about the human body with a total of thirteen episodes. Super Junior members experiment with their own bodies to verify answers. The first season ended with thirteen episodes on February 3, 2008. A second season is considered.

Attack on the Pin-Up Boys
Twelve members, excluding Kyuhyun, appeared in the group's debut film Attack on the Pin-Up Boys. The first film released by SM Pictures, it premiered on July 26, 2007 in Korea. "Wonder Boy", performed by Super Junior, is used as the theme song of the film. Although the film was promoted as a typical high school comedy, the movie gained positive reviews from critics, praising that the movie had a well-oriented plot unlike most idol films. However, ticket sales remained low in the premiere month despite it's unexpected success in the sales the first week.Throughout the remaining of the year, the film failed to attract more than 102,600 viewers and was proven to be a big loss for SM Pictures. However, both versions of the film's DVD became a best-selling record and were sold-out in both Korea and oversea markets, which is more than enough to make up for the production loss of 8.5 billion won.
